This wasn’t my first time at Cutting Crew - I specifically booked with Roberto because last time he did an excellent job with my hair, but my appointment was changed to someone else without explanation. I left with an extremely choppy haircut all over that was carelessly done (I wanted it straight with no layers!). The only reason I’m giving more than 1 star is for Cristina - she’s an absolute LIFESAVER. I’d book directly with her and leave if I got stuck with someone else again!!
something went wrong in the treatment as my hair looks completely burned/ decoloured, I was brunette and now I’m basically blonde/orange!
Asked for highlights, left with a full hair bleach apart from a few strands. It’s not outrageously ugly, just not what I wanted really. Loved it at first, but now see how meh it is.
Stylist didn’t really consult with me before putting bleach in my hair, and am now left with a head of hair that is so bleached I can’t do anything about it. Probably won’t come back again.
