I have booked a haircut just before my holiday . I was looking forward to it. When I arrived at the salon I realised I've accidentally booked my appointment in different salon. I've called the correct salon and I've explain the situation. I was told someone would come back to me, but after no reply I've called back apologiesed for the situation and I ask if it would be possible to have a haircut another day or if I could have a refund. I was advised of terms and conditions and told they are busy

The treatment I selected was balayage but the lady who did the treatment did highlighting. I haven’t had balayage done before and I asked multiple times but she assured me that this is how balayage is done.
I wasn’t able to get any advice from her on hair colour and she avoided my instructions which I also showed in different photos. As a result, I have blonde highlighted hair when I actually requested subtle, dark toned balayage 😬👎 Extremely dissatisfied 👎
