Warm welcoming.
I wanted a straight cut, I got a u shape. I wanted her to cut into my hair from the bottom to thin it out slightly so it was not to thick and heavy at the bottom with the scissors chopping into my hair not the razor scissors that they use- got more split ends with that technique. My side fringe was not evenly cut and just dragged around my face, straggly hair with no structure to it. I wanted a bouncy blow dry but I got a flat straight blow dry.

skilled friendly staff but to be charged an extra £5 to run straighteners through hair ...ridiculous. really let's salon down always feel pressure to buy more from them and feel awkward for staff who are being put under pressure by management. I go to salon to relax not to feel pressured into added extras and awkward conversations about this.
