Cutting Crew (for some reason) were not expecting me so I sat waiting for a while whilst they sorted out the issue. I feel this may have been down to treatwell rather than their systems.
I really enjoyed my appointment, and I feel my hair looks amazing. I just did not appreciate the cigarette break my hairdresser had mid way through- I could smell the tabacco on their hands and it made me feel rather uncomfortable.

The salon is beautiful, Megan was really friendly and the hair cut was the best I have had in a long time. Really happy and already booked in for the next time.

Balayage and cut was great and really pleased with it. Overall great ambience and extremely friendly staff. The only thing is, didn’t expect to have to pay a lot more on top of what was paid already via treatwell. Additional things like root colour, toner, smartbond is not included in the price and therefore additional charges are payable to the salon which in most cases is 100% likely.
