The staff was friendly. The haircut was okay. I probably wouldn't go back for a complete re-style but it was good for getting my style 'freshen up'. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted.

Friendly staff dealt with me on arrival and took my coat and bag. A quick discussion about which hairstyle I wanted then I was offered a beverage. My hair was washed then cut before dried (blowdry) and styled. It was very professional and the hairdresser (Stefanie) was lovely and great!

The staff in this venue were very attentive, constantly asking if I was okay or if I wanted another drink and constantly bringing me magazines. The salon is very much a pay-for-what-you-get: it isn't overly luxurious but isn't back-street workshop either. My hairdresser was really friendly - chatting when I wanted to chat and leaving me to read when I wanted to read. My colour is probably not quite as blonde as I would've liked but admittedly it does look more natural.

I booked an appointment for a wash, cut and blow dry through the wahanda app, firstly I was happy to receive a discount.. Which is always great! Arrived and was politely seated, jacket taken and coffee ready for me within 5 minutes. Great haircut.. and blow dried with a style.. Very thoughtful and ticked all of my requirements. Fab! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
