I am really impressed with my haircut! Having not had it cut in a long time, Matt took great care of me, and made me look forward to my next appointment. My hair looks fuller and feeld healthier, thanks ot some good advice! Will definitely be returning.

Sorry to say this was the worst haircut I've had in years. I wanted to keep the length so I asked for a trim and then Sarah and I agreed she would also cut in some layers. The first bit - the trim - was fine, exactly what I wanted. But when she started doing the layers she was hacking huge chunks out of my hair, and ended up taking another few inches off. I couldn't stop it because as soon as she had done one side, it was uneven. And I didn't complain at the time because they could only have offered to fix it, and I didn't want to let anyone there near my hair again! The cut was in May and after a few months of letting it grow out I went to a much better hairdresser in an attempt to fix it. She was horrified by what had been done and did as much as she could - but I'm still growing parts of it out. Definitely will not return.
