It was satisfactory however I will not be going to this place again, as found my hairdresser quiet patronising and kept going on about how bad my hair condition was.

It was fine - the finish in the salon wasn't great after going home and washing my hair it looked quite good. Staff very sweet. Pretty good value really.
Hair Colouring
First hairdresser experience in London and very positive. It's a no-nonsense salon, efficiency is the key, and the staff is very nice without being overwhelming. Had a wash, cut, and blow-dry. The wash comes with a little scalp massage that's very nice, then for the cut the stylist listened carefully, explaining what she would do and why throughout the cut, asking for feedback and adjusting as needed. Then the blow-dry made the cut look great, with the disclaimer that the result might look different at home. I picked a senior stylist (Jin) and wanted a similar cut to the one i had so can't say really but I am not sure I would get enough advice to change style/cut (I would usually ask my stylist to suggest something, but then she was particularly creative, specialized in fashion shows). That and the lack of ambiance makes it a 4 and not 5 stars. I will go back without hesitation though, and likely will try more of their services as I'm happy with my haircut
