I like visiting Cutting Edge but the last couple of times there have been issues with my booking and payment. On the last visit they put me through as a cancellation (incorrectly) and on this visit they charged me £28 for my daughters haircut but changed the Treatwell booking to say I'd only paid £10. I'm guessing that both of these instances are to avoid paying commission to Treatwell but on the last visit I was over-charged and the salon clearly knew they had overcharged me as they changed the booking on the system. I phoned the salon and they did offer me a no-quibble refund but it is certainly something to be aware of when you book - if you book the wrong treatment the salon will charge you for it even if you don't get it!
