Ok, nothing special but good value for money

This is the second time I've been to Cutwalk and the experience was the same as the first - not great. When I got there, they were behind schedule so I had to wait for 15-20 minutes and then when it was time for my apppintment it was very rushed and felt like they just wanted to do it as quickly as possible. I had a wash cut and blow dry. The wash was very rough and rushed, as was the cut. Eugene who cut my hair this time and the last left my hair so uneven. I wanted a straight blunt look across the bottom and now I'm left with uneven lengths. He even said to me it looks like your hair is all different length, yes this was from you!! From the last time. He really needs to learn how to cut hair properly because I don't feel he knows how. He also barely spoke to me during my appointment and made me feel like a burden and that's why he was rushing through it. Would never go back and do not recommend.

Very good haircut, I was pleased with the result. However, I was left waiting for 30 mins beforehand. And no one even spoke to me for at least 15 mins! They did have a notice advertising for a receptionist, but someone could have at least said hello, and acknowledged me.

Unfortunately this was the most painful blow dry I have ever had- I was left with a really bad headache and a sore scalp. Hairdresser did not assess the fineness of my hair and didn't roll it properly, meaning it kept getting tangled and he had to pull it out. No apologies were made, even the brushing was done so strongly I was having to hold my head. He made no effort to talk to or reassure me during my time. Very disappointed, hair had no waves in at the end as had been so tangled. Waste of time and money

I had a deep tissue massage focusing specifically on my back and shoulders by Kasia. She was absolutely lovely and gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. I would definitely recommend going here as it is also great value for money.
