Floor was dirty, and there was a fair bit of wax residue left afterwards which is never pleasant, but the lady who carried out my treatment was really nice and gentle.

Always great value here! Just needed a trim and they did the job perfectly with staff all very friendly, as always. Would definitely recommend :)

Very nice place, but could have cleaned more and not lay the hairdryer on the floor. The cut was nice, but could have done it more presise.
