Booked a wash, cut and blow dry, and the app said it would 45 min. It took them 1 hour and 25 min. The hair cut was also really uneven as the hairdresser didn't compare the length of the sides. I was not satisfied and will not recommend this place.

When I went in it was a very busy Saturday so it was quite hectic at reception, but the actual treatment was very quick and relatively painless. The lady who waxed me was very friendly and made me feel very ease.
