The guy told me I had to pay more because I had long hair, even though I had selected "long hair" cost option when I booked. Then, I forgot I had paid the waxing too and he didn't reminded neither.
When he did the blowdry he wan't delicate at all with my hair + lots of spider net on the ceiling (and it wasn't halloween time).
