Unfortunately not a great experience, I arrived 15 mins early and despite me arriving on time I was forgotten about and was waiting around for a further 30 mins, till I had told the receptionist that I had been waiting for some time.
They had advised me that they did not use online bookings, so here I am wondering why they signed up to Treatwell in the first place! I had a blow dry done which was average, the look I was after was definitely not the same as the photo I had shown. It took a shocking 1 hour and a half to do my blow dry when it should have not taken this long and this excludes the wait time. When my husband had asked the hair dresser how long it will take, he got a response saying "your wife wanted a different style hence why it is taking long" I felt he was trying to blame me for the choice of hair I wanted?
I have had a number of blow drys with the look I am after and it never takes this long. I will not be returning here for a blow dry.
