Came here for the first time to get my highlights done for a very important event. Came on the basis that they were reasonably priced and had good reviews. Upon arrival i was informed that it was cash only (mild inconvience), was then quoted a specific price, when my treatment started i was not consultant on what i wanted or the colours i usually have, quite disconcerting after she had already mixed the colour she then asked some exploratory questions of wished she didnt really care about the answers. During the process to say she was heavy handed would be an understatement, i was incredibly uncomfortable and kept in the most awkward of positions not being able to move my head. Nothing really imoroved from then on, the wash was uncomfortable and rough and i left with mildly wet hair and it being darker thrn when i went in. When i asked if thry would do anything about it thrn said that nithing could be done for another week by which it would be too late. On a positive note the cut was good but i would recommend to bringyour own refreshments as you can be waiting awhile.
Cutwalk was fantastic the lady who cut my hair took her time and gave me a fantastic cut and blow dry on my waist length hair gave it shape again! Will go back.
I have been to that salon for other treatments and always went home happy. This time however the service was sloppy. The lady barely washed my hair, spoke little English, didn't offer anything to drink while everyone else was with fancy lattes and magazines. I felt I was rushed although paid full price with advance booking.
