The service was friendly and the wax was quickly done, which meant I was able to fit it into my work schedule. I was a bit late to my appointment but the staff were very understanding and were able to see me immediately. The technician explained the procedure to me and the 'science' behind it - always good to know !
As a development point, I would encourage the staff to do a little bit more to make the client feel comfortable during this sort of waxing, as it can slightly daunting. Also whilst the wax was done swiftly, there was some hair left in places which I would have expected the staff to remove at least with tweezers following the initial wax - this meant I subsequently had to do this myself which took some time.
Overall, OK value for money with some room for improvement.
Brazilian Waxing
I've booked a shampoo and haircut service with Cutwalk and I'm quirte pleased with the result. I normally go for the eyebrow threating there but this was the first time I went for a haircut.
The salon is very clean and nice, friendly staff. The haircut was fab! At first I thought it was tiny bit shorter than I expected but when I dried my hair, it turns out lovely! Only one downside was that I wasn't offered any drink while having a haircut, which I think it was minor but could be easily improved. Overall I had a great experience and would come back again.
