The waxing was very well done, Hannah was kind and made one feel very comfortable. For the most part, the waxing was painless.

I have to give most of the stars to the friendly, chatty and considered staff.
I was very happy with my haircut until I washed it and realized it was not exactly what I asked for. I asked for some layers throughout my hair to liven it up... but I got none. I just had my hair shorter with no layers at all.
I still think they're great staff (specially Jose and Gus).

Have become a regular custom at this salon, leave happy each time. Karen, the hair stylist, is professional and friendly and gives an amazing head massage with the treatment!
