Wonderful job done by the therapist. Its been just over a month since my H'wood wax and not a lot of regrowth just yet so I'm v happy with the results. Will definitely recommend and go back again. Gave the ambience a lower rating, simply because the therapy room is downstairs in the basement in white room, with quite a lot of daylight filtering through the window. So in that sense it wasn't so relaxing. The background music helped a bit though. Don;t expect scented candles and low lighting effects though if that's what you're after!

Hannah was very friendly and professional. Very satisified with the hair removal which she did quite quickly. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely go back there again .
Once again perfect service! The team is very welcoming, always offering tea on arrival, and Hannah is professional while very friendly. Always nice to have a chat with her.

I had my hair cut from very long to bob last night and I LOVE it. The cut is great and my hair is very glossy after the conditioning treatment. Bridget was lovely and I will be going back.
