Really good experience of Balayage and a hair cut, would have given it 5 stars but was kept waiting about 35mins after my appointment time.

I had a lovely time at CV - the experience was great, the staff were extremely nice and I felt like Aaron really listened to what I said I wanted, which was layers and a bit of a fringe. My hair needs layers as it is very thick so they give movement to the style. As we went along, he said he was putting them in. Afterwards, he styled it beautifully and I left with a hairstyle I really liked. Unfortunately, now that I've washed it, I can see that there are no layers in my hair whatsoever. It's completely the same length apart from the fringe and, as I said, my hair is very thick so it looks a bit ridiculous. I couldn't tell when I left the salon because of the way it was styled, or I would have said something. It's a shame because I would have liked to go back there - as I said, it was a great experience but I am very unhappy with the way it turned out in the end.
