Salan was very close to my office so very convenient to pop there at lunch time. Staff were very welcoming. Hair feels great after a cut and conditioning treatment. Very good value for money - would go back.
Ladies' Haircuts
I absolutely love the lady that dealt with me Sarah, very nice and professional. I had to reschedule a couple of times and CV Hair and Beauty were very understanding so that put me at ease.
The salon is small, clean and runs smoothly . I usually have a Hollywood or Brazilian wax never a standard bikini, just for the fact that I'm scared the therapist would leave too much hair and not trim me down, but not Sarah, she was impeccable it looked like a fresh hair cut ,also making it less painful as possible. Sarah also waxed my legs nice and swiftly.
One thing I would say is that a nice chair to place your belonging on would be nice.
I can honestly say I will be returning I felt comfortable being there and making conversations with Sarah.
Very welcoming and hospitable staff. Both the upstairs hair department and downstairs therapy rooms were stylish and clean. The beauty therapist who did my waxing was lovely and we chatted the whole way through, she was very efficient, taking her time and my legs and underarms were left feeling very smooth for some days afterward. A nice experience all round and I will definitely be booking another appointment soon.
After having had a bit of an email conversation prior to the appointment I was welcomed with a very friendly and helpful reception from Ian, the manager. Arriving early I was laden with food shopping, which he promptly took off my hands and placed them safely out of the way, on the balcony to keep cool. I was offered a drink and a few mags to relax. That was just lovely and then I had the massage...Unfortunately I can't remember the lady's name but she went to town on my knots! It was a deep and strong back, neck and shoulder massage and it was GREAT! The salon is small but I wouldn't let that put you off. Once on the treatment bed she transported me elsewhere! I did also have a 90 min Dermalogica facial aswell which meant a total of 2hrs of bliss.
Therapeutic Massage
The stylist I had was very professional and friendly and I was pleased with my high lights. They are a busy, fiendly salon in a great location and I would recommmend a visit.
