I’m disappointed because my appt was at 12 and they rang me at 9.48am asking if I could come in at 10am because someone had cancelled I said I could do 11am. I then got a call at 10.10am asking if I could stick to the original 12.00. I was pleasant and agreed. I turned up at 12.00 to be told I’ll be seen shortly…I wasn’t seen until 1.00am. They said my appt was 12-2. I was out by 2.00 so I feel my lashes were rushed in an hour and I wasn’t given the full deal, I feel my lashes are very gappy!

The lady was amazing, she kept me comfortable, and was very gentle. Although whatever chemicals they used it was used incorrectly as my eyelids are burnt. Literally skin is burnt.
As for the brows the lady was also nice and pleasing but didn’t achieve what I asked and pretty much gave me more work than got payed of.
