Absolutely shocking. They tried to stop me from leaving a review by marking me as a no show. The worst nail treatment I’ve ever experienced. The technician had only 5 months experience and it showed. Struggled to file my nails, got glue/acrylic on my skin & cuticles, messed up the shape, didn’t have all the tools to do the nails properly, was trying to remove ridges with a buffing block. Took her 3 hours and I had to leave without colour because I was late for work...just awful...
