I preferred my first haircut here - this one wasn’t too bad but not quite what I was looking for.

First time here for a haircut and I recommend it. The salon had a nice vibe and friendly staff. I wasn’t too sure what I wanted with my hair but the hairdresser was great with suggestions. Have had a number of compliments on my hair since!
I had been putting off the hairdressers for a while and I was super tired when I got there but the staff made me feel at ease. Mica did my hair: washed, cut, blow dried and styled into the big beachy waves that I like. My hair can be problematic yet she did an amazing job. Music was nice, people were smiling and it was overall a great experience.

Staff are pretentious and unhelpful. Colourists complained repeatedly how thick my hair is. Colourists then tells me once my foils were in that I will need alot of toner and it will cost £40! Absolutely extortionate. I told her I don't want a toner, I will do my own at home because I am not paying £40 for something that should be included in the already hefty price I have paid. Colourist tried to make me get the toner and I again refused. The colourist station was absolutely filthy.
