My stylist was fantastic, although when I was receiving my treatment I did not receive a head massage as stated and it was a little painful when my hair was being brushed out.
After a series of hairdressing disasters, I've finally found the perfect place and the best stylist.
Krista is fantastic, she doesn't just listen to me but knows what will work, which is really helpful when I don't have a clue! My hair looks better and is in better condition than it's been in years.
All of the staff are incredibly polite and friendly and you get such a warm welcome when you come in. It's a fantastic teaching environment too and the newer junior staff are encouraged to do more than just sweep the floors.
I've been here twice now and they're genuinely the only haircuts where I haven't felt like crying the minute I've walked out, or had to redo my hair when I got home. I actually walk out the door smiling ☺
The person who washed my hair was very inexperienced and kept asking what he should do. Should i shampoo twice? Do you want conditioner? My hair is thick and long and he did not use enough conditioner it was almost impossible to comb it out.
The hairdresser was great. I asked for a manageable haircut and the hair looked great after styling but once I washed it at home it looks like it has been chopped up. I cannot wear it in a ponytail so less manageable than before.
