The salon was quite small and claustrophobic. I was downstairs which is partly the staff kitchen (so was sat with people eating their lunch for a while) and also right next to the waxing treatments (only separated by a thin curtain) which was a bit strange. My highlights are ok, but not the best I've had - a little stripey! The girl who cut my hair was really nice but she didn't give me exactly the cut I was after. Not bad value but probably wouldn't go again.
It is a small, very nice friendly Salon. The service was great and Vicky made sure my hair was nice and straight.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good customer service e.g. advice on colours, offering a drink. Excellent attention to detail and care taken during manicure.
Super friendly and professional staff, treatment was exactly as expected and prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. Would definitely recommend!
I had an appointment for a full leg and intimate waxing. Although I had to wait for a while, the service was quick, efficient and thorough and was very good about making the client feel comfortable. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back.
