The salon was very basic and the wax was done in a little area closed off by just curtains. Diana was really sweet throughout the whole wax and explained everything she was using. I would only rate it 3 stars though because for the price it was very quick and not as thorough as cheaper waxes I've had.
The waxing was very thorough. The waxing specialist took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Will be going back
Good points
- I was happy with the results, my eyelashes and brows are a good colour.
- The beautician was nice, and I felt like she was knowledgeable and putting the effort in to do a good job and get all the small eyebrow hairs etc.
- They offer a loyalty card where you get £10 off after a few treatments.
Bad points
- They do the eyelash/eyebrow tint sitting up in a hair salon chair, and it is a lot more relaxing to lie down in a private room. There are people talking all round you, and you can't see anything.
- They don't have many staff so they put the dye on my eyelashes and then went away to do a treatment on another customer. I felt like the dye was left on too long because of this and if I needed the beautician, I would have had to shout out the back for her to come back.
Very good cut and thegirlVictoria knew hat she was doing. Very friendly staff - only down side is the shop is tiny and could do with a revamp.
Second visit, Victoria is very attentive and makes sure she meets my required results. Highly recommended! Will return in three weeks time. Victoria will be my permanent hair dresser now!
