If there was zero star I would have given it.
The hairdresser was extremely rude to me and my child. First he asked what number I want for the trimmer. I say we can start with 3 and see. He says we can’t because it is child who could be crying. Then I show him a picture of the style he doesn’t even look at it. He asks how it is I say I want shorter, he says if he cuts the hair shorter now I will be charged twice! I’ve never heard of this before. A customer said that same guy was rude to her.

I got a haircut from Q and he was really good and quite personable. Listened to what I wanted and delivered on that. Will be going back.

Such a horrible experience. Don’t waste your time or patience here. Had a time slot booked, one barber became available, then starts walking around oblivious that someone is waiting, walks out for 5 mins, still there waiting and no approach made whatsoever.. i then said y am i being ignored i have booked! He said you should have said that.. wow. Finally had the cut which was tense and very unfriendly, started walking out and he says you need to pay! Clueless to my prebooking/payment.Never again
