I had to wait 20+ minutes for my appointment. My nails were left very thin, shorter than asked, not all the polish was removed. I went to another salon after and they assumed I tried to take off the dip nails myself- that’s how poor they looked

This is my fav nail salon actually! Every time I visit I have a great experience. Everyone in the shop is very welcoming and polite. I always trust Lilly and she never disappoints :)
