Multiple things let me down here. Firstly the place is tiny (which is fine) however there was no order or cleanliness. I noticed the products/ tools and technicians hands were grubby. Some concerning hygiene issues. On top of this the technician was rough and in a rush. I could look past other matters but I am not happy with my nails, they look shoddy and uneven. The shape is so unflattering and not what I asked for and the French tips are uneven. Won’t be returning. Not even that cheap either.
