Despite having an appointment my friend and I had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to start our nails, even then they did us step by step changing between us. When it came to having my nails done I had limited options as to what I could chose. Instead of my appointment ending at 12:30 as I thought it would we left around 1:30 (our appointment was at 11:30). The staff were kind but the long wait for ruined my plans for the day. I was frustrated they didn't do us when our appointment stated

really nice,,, sanitation and organisation is perfect, nice woman and not daunting to go inside shop. nails look perfect and painted very well. coming again for a back2school manicure!!
