Despite having an appointment my friend and I had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to start our nails, even then they did us step by step changing between us. When it came to having my nails done I had limited options as to what I could chose. Instead of my appointment ending at 12:30 as I thought it would we left around 1:30 (our appointment was at 11:30). The staff were kind but the long wait for ruined my plans for the day. I was frustrated they didn't do us when our appointment stated
