Sadly I had a really negative experience having a BIAB manicure. It hasn't even lasted a week and a half, and so much of my nail was filed down when removing the gel that they have become weak and are breaking. Some of my nails now have dips in them where more nail was removed, making them extra weak. At points it was really painful, which I shared with my technician although it kept happening. My cuticles and sides of my fingers had cuts where the skin was removed too much.
Lovely nail shape and perfectly applied colour. I can't recommend this place enough!
It was frustrating not having anyone who spoke English available in the salon to help. I had wanted help with something that wasn't available via Treatwell (removal of gel they'd applied to my toes at a previous pedicure), but staff couldn't help.
Really disappointed in the service provided. Azalea doesn't speak English which is unsafe especially when I was trying to explain to her what I am allergic to. She cut 2 of my fingers quite badly and 2 other fingers were very messy. I don't recommend
