I felt the hairdresser wasnt very experinced so asked for a straght cut without layers. He was very nice and spray my grey hair with colour for free. I did look younger but my hair was flat and the fringe was uncut and needs addressing. However the atmosphere was excellent. The manager advised me not to book through treatwell next time and said I should have paid £55 as the sytlist had givenb me a blowdry. I had however phoned prior to my visit and was told this was included. On the treatwekk booking it does say wash and cut, but I did check.Staff where very keen to sell me lots of products , but overall a good experience. The hairstylist was very nice.
First time there for haircut. Very good. Took time and care to do a good cut and blow dry
