Excellent and happy staff and they were most attentive.I was well looked after and Rita went the extra mile to give me some condition treatment for my very dry hair and offered to blow dry (without the extra charge) after the cut. I was very pleased with the cut and style.
Excellent service as always. Clean, friendly salon, offer you a cup of tea or a drink which is always nice. Will be back.
The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming! Francis, my stylist, was a highly skilled and friendly hairdresser. I like to converse so I'm thankful that she answered all the random questions that popped into my head. They offered a complementary drink, magazines to look at, and even put my bag in a coat room! I would definitely recommend this salon. With my £10 off booking discount on Wahanda my [women's] wash/cut/dry came out to about £18.50. The salon is a 10 minute walk from the Goldhawk Road Tube stop.
This was my first time visiting Da Silva and I was a bit skeptical, however, they have me sold! I will be back! The staff were professional, I was offered beverages/magazines, the lady LISTENED to what I wanted and did exactly that (instead of going over board and cutting way too much of my hair). I was pleasantly surprised and really hope they do more treatments so I can go here for everything - not just hair cuts :)
This place is my new place to go. You always receive such a friendly welcome and the staff are polite and professional. The facials really are adapted to your needs and different products are applied to different areas, just like they should be (but often not observed in some places).
