Been looking into lymphatic drainage for a while so finally booked it. Jo was excellent , good knowledge of what it does and how it works. Next day couldn’t believe how empty my stomach area felt empty weird feeling but in a good way, no bloating , cant wait for next one

I started with EMSCULPT to help build up my core and glutes post slipping discs and it's been life changing I'm back in PT and back on the Reformer daily all thanks to Jo.
I've just started upping my wellness game with lymphatic drainage massage too and I couldn't believe the difference. Literally my whole body, debloated, depuffed and TMJ pain actually gone 🤯 masseter botox has nothing on a massage from Jo🖤
