Alycia very friendly , professional and very knowledgeable about treatments . I was so relaxed and told me everything what was happening next. The treatment I had was microneedling which I didn’t know much about but alycia went through everything . Led light afterwards and a lovely head massage to relax . Well worth the money booked again
