I am new in Bagshot, and when I walked in : A.The staff was courteous and welcoming.
B. Had never waxed my eyebrows before,had only done threading. But the reassurance that I got before my service helped me take a decision and I must say was very happy after the service.

This is second time I have been to Jess for facial threading and she remains exceptionally professional and skilled. It had been a while since my last visit so my upper lip was very sensitive. Jess reassured me that she'd go at a pace that worked for me, which meant I felt able to ask for a break.
