Emily is so professional, competent and welcoming.
I have a little wax anxiety due to unpleasant experiences elsewhere and Emily genuinely cares. She is so good at what she does which is really most important but the fact that she is such a lovely person too makes me lucky to have her on my doorstep. I highly recommend her.
