I stated once the massage started I would like firm pressure but was not happy with the overall massage, was meant to be deep tissue was too gentle for my liking walked away with aches in my neck still. Did not feel neck area was covered thoroughly. Was not satisfied. Was not happy how the price increased by £10 Without being notified just cause I wanted firm pressure which changed it from
Swedish to deep tissue.
