It is always a shame to go to have your nails done and not to be asked if it is okay to have a trainee working on your nails for an hour and a half. Also you should as a salon make some attempt to communicate with your clients. It is always bad practice to have to sit in silence for an hour and a half with someone who has absolutely no communication with you. You should attempt to make some sort of polite conversation.
