Waste of time - I booked an appointment via Treatwell, turned up early and said I had an appointment but wanted to see if they could squeeze me in earlier. Was told they couldn’t see me earlier which was absolutely fine, when I did come back an hour later at the time of my appointment I was waiting over 30 minutes and they were allowing people without appointments to go ahead of me. When I asked how much longer it was going to be they said at least another 15 minutes, making me wait a total of 45 minutes after my booked appointment time. They were very apologetic but I ended up walking out. Would not recommend.

so happy with my shellac yet again,i didn't get the name of the lady who did them but wish i did,(2nd time she's done my shellac polish,last one lasted nearly 4 weeks and i only got them redone because of the regrowth) she does such a fantastic job,thank you,see you again soon
