My nail technician was visibly irritated by me, and at times openly rude. She didn't ask if I was happy with the shape of my nails before she applied the Shellac. The Shellac had bubbles, cracks and smudges in immediately, and has started peeling away and coming off nearly all nails only two days after application. The other technicians seemed friendly and may provide a better service, unfortunately I had a really poor experience and wouldn't return or recommend.
