Asked for classic eyelashes got drag queen lashes! Loads fell out the same day. Appointment was Friday, hardly any lashes left...it's Monday.

The therapist was not Nicoleta someone different. Think they said her name was Alex. I have never had my nails done in such a way, the girl nearly filed my fingers off, never asked what shape i would like. Her work was poor, differnt lengths and not straight at all. I returned back to the shop as they were really annoying me and i wanted them fixing, to be left waiting over an hour to be seen by the girl who had done them. Still not what i wanted. Will never use them again.

Waste of time - I booked an appointment via Treatwell, turned up early and said I had an appointment but wanted to see if they could squeeze me in earlier. Was told they couldn’t see me earlier which was absolutely fine, when I did come back an hour later at the time of my appointment I was waiting over 30 minutes and they were allowing people without appointments to go ahead of me. When I asked how much longer it was going to be they said at least another 15 minutes, making me wait a total of 45 minutes after my booked appointment time. They were very apologetic but I ended up walking out. Would not recommend.
