I booked and paid for a one hour luxury pedicure which was supposed to include hot towels and a foot mask (I’d had it before) However my treatment lasted 45 minutes and didn’t include those things this time. Basically, I got a classic pedicure for the price of a luxury one. I was also the only person in the salon not offered a drink! I left thirsty and £45 lighter and although my nails do look much better, I no longer trust their pricing/service so won’t return.
