I came here with some friends for a pre-holiday treatment. I was a bit disappointed as they had someone off sick but only tried to reschedule my appointment one hour beforehand - and this was at 5 o'clock in the evening. However, when I explained that I was off on holiday the next day, they continued with the treatment and I couldn't tell that there was any disruption. They were very professional. They have a huge selection of colours and I was incredibly happy with my manicure and pedicure. I'm on my 15th day and have no chips and no lifting. Very happy - will definitely be returning. Thank you! :)

Staff were very friendly and professional. My underarm wax was advertised as a hot wax, however it was strip waxing, so I was a little disappointed by this. Otherwise I was very satisfied.
