I went to this salon for the first time yesterday. I turned up to the appointment and there was 4 members of staff having there own private conversation I then had to say I had a appointment to be noticed. I then sat down to have my treatment the only words that came out of the girls mouth were 'pick a colour' other than that she did not make any conversation with me and continued having conversations with other members of staff. The gel manicure was no better.. It's lumpy and really thick and the worst I've ever had. I usually have them done twice a month and never have they been to such a poor level. Awful customer service and awful nails!!!
Went to have my luxury spa pedicure. Alex the therapist was great, as usual. Very happy with the result and will come again.

Pedicure has lastsed over two weeks now, very professional, good valve for money and lovely staff. Will definately be going back :o)

My French manicure wasn't up to the usual standard as the staff were all chatting amongst themselves , including the girl doing my nails. Maybe because Daisy wasn't there!

The staff were very busy chatting and joking amongst themselves when I had my manicure. I had a French gel manicure and the tips were not the best. Daisy wasn't there so maybe that is why things were a bit amiss that day. I will go back and hope things are as good as they usually are. Just an off day I hope .
