Lovely bright and pretty nail bar with friendly, efficient staff. Lots of choice of lovely colours and brands of polish and my nails look super. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer for the past 4 months. I have had gel mani's and pedi's and semi permanent lashes. However, I feel the booking system is very un-professional, Daisy hardly ever seems to pick up her phone and if you leave a message for an appointment she rarely gets back to you. This is the THIRD time I have been let down and quite frankly I have had enough. I phoned Daisy twice today to make an appointment with no reply. I walked to the salon to make an appointment with Alex for 5.30 and was told when I arrived I could not be seen today- having walked for 25 minutes. There is no point having a new premises and wearing smart uniforms if you are unable to keep to your appointments. I am disappointed and not being notified and let down now- THREE times. I will not be returning.

Great, relaxed atmosphere with really friendly staff! My gel nails look lovely and have lasted for ages. Would definitely visit again when I need to treat myself.
Super lovely staff but my experience was completely let down by poor scheduling, poor product and being hit twice in the face by someone else's nails (ewwwww). Arrived on time and had my nails primed but then had to wait for 20 minutes while a laser treatment happened in another room as there was no way to get hot water for my treatment while that was going on. Another waiting client was told that the treatment would wrap up in 5 minutes but it took another 15 before it finished. The colour choice is small and the colour I initially chose was gloopy with no fresh bottle as back up so I had to select another colour. The pedicure was nothing that I couldn't of done myself - no attention paid to rough skin. It was a soak, nail shape and polish with a light but lovely leg massage. Then pedicure did not feel like the total package. Similarly the manicure was also very much what you could do at home. While I was waiting for my nails to dry I had the acrylic nails of another patron hit me in the face (twice) as another therapist was clipping them off, this therapist had also arrived 20 minutes late for an appointment with a previous client. I also saw a client arrive and then be initially turned away as there was no record of her booking. I was left with the impression that the salon was very pretty terrible at scheduling. My treatment took 2 hours and I left with nails still damp that had still not dried on the train at 7pm -4 hours later. It was a very dissapointing experience. I will not go back.

I had a luxury spa pedicure at Daisy's. The salon is nice, the staff were friendly and professional. The pedicure was good for the price - the polish was particularly good and has lasted well too.
