Amazing service as always and lovely staff! No faults and they helped me out when I was being difficult about moving my appointment time due to last minute changes. Would recommend to anyone and I will always recommend Alma for anything nails - the best! 🥰

I’m not sure I will be coming back. I booked with a specific therapist and did not get her. I booked this therapist because she didn’t clip my skin and painted my nails well so that they lasted a while. I turned up and the therapist who clipped my skin at a previous appointment turned out to be doing my nails. She clipped my skin again and gave me 4 cuts round my nails. It’s so sore :( Please respect who has booked appointments for whom and at least let customers know of changes.
