A nice salon with great treatments. Diana is amazing! She gave me a perfect shellac manicure and I’ve also had a range of other treatments from her, including lash lift and tint, brow shape and tint and shellac pedicure - all have been perfect and long-lasting. Super friendly, she always takes time to understand exactly what the client wants beforehand and delivers every time. I won’t be going anywhere else again now I’ve found her!
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately had a very poor experience with my pedicure - technician was running 15 mins late then the treatment room hadn’t been turned over since the last client left from her massage and the tissue the last lady was lying on was then used to separate my toes 😱. I had booked a spa pedicure which was advertised as an hour long but would have been 45 mins if I hadn’t asked for an extra coat. Foot massage lasted about 2 mins. The varnish was very uneven but improved when I asked for a third coat. I was assured that they were dry and ok to walk home but they clearly weren’t so it has come off on a few of my toes. There is also a lot of varnish on my skin. It is also very smudged in visible places so I’ve had to remove it and redo it myself. Very poor quality for nearly £40...
The therapist was friendly and nice.
If i could give it more than 5 stars i would! Clean, enjoyable ambience, great music, and amazing staff. Will go back for all of my treatments from now on! Thank you xx
Came on a hot summer day and was the only client on the ground floor of the salon. Quite hot despite a Dyson fan and opened front door, and affected experience slightly. Hairdresser Jolita took the time to discuss with me what I wanted despite it being more or less a redo of my existing hairstyle (cut elsewhere) that's grown out. Water during hairwash was playing up, constantly became suddenly cold and then hot - not hairdresser's fault but it again affected the experience. Overall hairdressing alone and the cut at the end of the day were good. Jolita was polite and lovely. But this wouldn't be it if you were looking for a pampering hair experience.
