Friendly, sweet, and chatty therapist. Not sure what went on my face, but it felt lovely, plump, and fresh after the treatment. It also calmed my eczema down a bit, which is great.
The salon was welcoming and the facial lovely, really well executed, a very enjoyable experience. I really enjoyed all the massage elements too. The only downside was the noise from the salon above disrupted the relaxation element of the facial, this was not overwhelming at all, just noticeable. Also treatwell have this as 1 hour 15min treatment and it was in fact an hour. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be going there again.
I booked the wrong thing, but they were super flexible and fitted in a cut as well. It was great, and I loved the products too. Will definitely be back.
