Great service and treatment, shame that the door isn’t soundproofed so could hear the radio from the hair salon upstairs. Would suggest they review the volume of the radio - in a hair salon does it need to be such a loud radio?
The treatment itself was great - relaxing and thorough. It felt like there was good knowledge and understanding of the product. Always love an elemis spa!
