I was running a few minutes late but the beautician was understanding and waited for me. The treatment was done fast and the beautician was really nice and polite. The room is in the basement and the stairs are a bit steep. Overall it was a good experience.
Amazing result after I walked in as a scare crow. My hair were so damaged and so so dry the team really pulled it together and helped. They are also very flexible and managed to include a trim. Found my local hairdresser of trust.
The staff were frieidnly and accommodating as i'd only booked a blow-dry but wanted a cut too. Great location. Very happy with the cut.
